Our Admissions Approach
Admissions at iCollege Academy are selective but personal. Our goal is not to select only the highest-achieving students, but to ensure that each student benefits from the environment and contributes positively to the learning community.
Initial Conversation
Families begin with a short conversation to discuss the student's background, goals, and current situation.
Student Discussion
We speak directly with the student to understand their interests, motivation, and learning needs.
Academic Review
Previous school records or transcripts are reviewed to understand the student's academic profile. CAT4 assessments may also provide insight into learning strengths and academic potential.
Offer & Enrolment
If the Academy is a good fit, we provide a place and guide families through the full enrolment process.
Timing
When to Apply
iCollege Academy operates on an academic year beginning in September. Most families begin the admissions process in the spring or early summer ahead of their intended start date.
There is no formal application deadline, but places are limited and are allocated as part of an ongoing admissions process.
The earlier a family makes contact, the better we are able to support a considered and unhurried admissions process.

A one-time enrolment fee applies to all new students. This covers:

Tuition Payment

Places are secured with a deposit. Remaining tuition may typically be paid:
- Annually
- Termly (three payments across the academic year)
- Monthly across the academic year
Payment arrangements are agreed during the admissions process.
Commitment Incentives
To support early planning and long-term commitment, the Academy offers a small number of tuition reductions.
Early enrolment €1,000 reduction
For places confirmed before the early enrolment deadline.
Full-year payment €1,000 reduction
When tuition for the full academic year is paid in advance.
